We maintain physical premises at 308 East Tyler Street, Tampa, Florida 33601, functioning strictly on an inquiry and consultation basis rather than an open checkout commerce storefront.

The cosmetic trade is saturated with private-label resellers who drop-ship mass-manufactured formulas behind inflated marketing stories. Pure Radiance took the opposite course. Irina Smirnova established the studio to formulate, test, and dispense targeted face care products, SPF mineral filters, active hyaluronic serums, barrier lipid creams, and specialized cleansers directly to clients who require documented ingredient integrity.

We do not maintain retail storefront inventory for casual foot traffic, and we do not run automated checkout funnels designed to push unneeded items into a digital cart. Every formula that leaves Tyler Street is reviewed against individual barrier tolerance, sun exposure habits, and active ingredient sensitivity.

30-Day Tolerance Adjustment: If any client develops documented contact dermatitis, erythema, or acute barrier reactivity within 30 days of receiving an allocated formulation, Irina Smirnova personally reviews the case. We will reformulate the product without the offending active agent or issue a complete credit toward an in-person tolerance session at our Tampa studio.

Stability & Freshness Assurance: Every bottle carries a stamped batch number and production date. Unopened formulas maintain microbiological stability for 18 months; opened active serums are formulated for optimal potency within 6 months of initial dispensing. If an emulsion shows physical separation or oxidation prior to its expiration stamp, we replace it immediately without postage charges.

What We Will Not Do: We refuse to supply unbuffered chemical peels exceeding 10% AHA for unsupervised home use, and we refuse to promise overnight scar removal or instantaneous wrinkle erasure. Skin barrier restoration requires between 14 and 45 days of consistent lipid replenishment.
